News just in of a company making bespoke custom tailored t-shirts, and looking to raise some funds on Kickstarter.
Custom Tailored T-Shirts
Denmark-based Son of a Tailor founder Jess Fleischer was frustrated that he couldn’t ever find a t-shirt that fit him properly.
He wanted one that fit perfectly and approached people in the mass-apparel manufacturing industry with his custom t-shirt idea, which they soon discarded as unnecessary.
Jess happened to pass by Copenhagen tailor extraordinaire Sten Martin Jonsson’s studio, they got to talking about Jess’ idea, and shortly thereafter, Son of a Tailor was born.
Each custom-sewn t-shirt is specially priced at $64 during the Kickstarter campaign.
The company is looking to raise £10,000 (~$17,000 USD) so they can hire more tailors and pattern makers, buy equipment and fabrics, and make shipping agreements.
