If you have limited funds, here are some great options to manage your underarm sweating.
I am sure you are busy, but I am hoping you can help point me in the right direction.
I have lost a lot of weight, but when that happened I started to sweat a lot under the armpits.
I mean a whole lot.
Doesn’t matter what the temperature is, I will get the wet armpit look going on after 5 or 10 minutes.
I just read about the arm & hammer, so I will try that deodorant, but I am wanting some type of undershirt to really help.
The problem is that I am a college student and can’t afford a lot.
However, I don’t want to buy a medium cost shirt if it is only going to help a little.
I will be graduating in December and will be wearing polos and button up shirts, so I have to have something that will not show up.
Please point me in the right direction.
Thank you for your help,
Manage Underarm Sweating
good to hear from you buddy and thanks for your question!
first off, congratulations on the weight loss!
good for you man, that’s something to be very proud of (:
based on your situation, considering you’re on a budget, here’s what i would recommend:
- buy some underarm pads (link) that are designed to prevent sweat through. there are plenty of them available on amazon & ebay.
- invest in a stronger 7-day antiperspirant like sweatblock (link). at the very least, it should subside some or all of your underarm sweating.
with #2, there is a slight chance you will experience some auxiliary sweating (sweating other places) if you block the sweat ducts in your underarm area, but the only way to know for sure is to test it out and see what happens.
if you check out my sweat management article, you’ll see a larger list of these types of undershirts, and the areas of coverage they offer.
hope that helps buddy!
